Moose Hunting

Throughout the years of traveling the many miles of back roads in the West Forks and surrounding Moosehead Lake area, we come across many big bulls and large cows. We do a lot of pre-scouting to find the bogs they are feeding in and the "choppings" they are crossing. We offer the following hunting options: we can ride the roads or sit by the trails and call in the big ones. We offer moose hunting trips in the West Forks, also in the Moosehead Lake region. Included in your trip: all meals, lodging, transportation (to and from your place of lodging) to the hunt (hunter and sub only) as well as game retrieval. We will process your animal for transporting. Skinning will be extra. Total cost: Only $1500. We also offer an observer package for those looking for the thrill of the hunt but not the harvesting of the animal. Observer must supply own transportation.
